Combining ‘Profit’ with ‘Principles’ is both the name and the aim of our business.
The majority of our clients require a service where they are concerned to know something of how and where their money is being invested, as well as the financial return that might be achieved.
Greg McCrave is Profit With Principle’s financial advisor and receives assistance from a knowledgeable and experienced support team.
He has provided advice to around 1000 clients over the last 25 years, many of whom have continued to value his ongoing services.
As a small business Profit With Principle believes it is important to instil confidence in our clients that we can offer a robust and full service whatever the circumstances. We are appointed representatives of a large network of financial advisors known as the Tenet Connect network. Tenet assists in providing compliance and audit services, as well as being able to refer clients with specialist needs to appropriately qualified advisers.

You will be dealing directly with me for all aspects of your advice needs. I have been recognised for my specialism in ESG and ethical investment over many years including being awarded the Ethical Investment Planner of the Year award through Financial Times Money Management back in 2010, and more recently, in 2021, the new CFA Institute ‘Certificate in ESG investing'. In my spare time I enjoy walking, gardening, and watching sport. I also facilitate a monthly sharing group for Christian men.

I joined Profit With Principle in November 2021 and have worked in financial services for 25 years. I have a broad knowledge of investments, pensions and mortgages.The move to join Profit With Principle was an easy decision, I liked the company ethos of investing ethically and socially responsibly. They have been investing in this area for many years, building foundations both now and for future generations. In my spare time I enjoy taking walks along the various beaches near the South Coast. I enjoy a good pizza and recently have ventured into purchasing a wood fired pizza oven, as a complete novice, it'll be interesting to see how they turn out.

I have worked at Profit With Principle since October 2013, following my retirement from the NHS. I am a Chartered Management Accountant and worked in the Financial Sector of the NHS for 42 years, the last twenty years of which I was the Accountant for Children’s Services at the Royal Manchester Children’s Hospital. I am currently an active member of St Teresa’s Roman Catholic Church in Penwortham, and my other hobbies are walking and gardening and I enjoy most sports, mainly watching these days though. I am a fanatical Manchester United fan, who I have supported for nearly 60 years.

I have worked alongside Greg, involved in the planning, administration and staffing of the business since Profit With Principle started over 20 years ago. I am a qualified life coach and believe passionately that people always come before profit. Outside work, I enjoy to facilitate several Christian women’s groups, and lead retreats.

I have worked at Profit with Principle as an administrator since April 2021, after graduating from the University of Oxford with a degree in Philosophy, Politics and Economics. I joined the company because I like the idea of promoting ethical investment and because Greg made me feel welcomed and at home as a new member of the team. I currently work part-time whilst studying for a master’s in Musical Theatre at the Royal Academy of Music. Recently I had my West End Debut alongside Judi Dench and Michael Ball, so I’m living the dream!

I joined the team three years ago as a trainee office dog, and enjoy my role in helping the rest of the staff at Profit With Principle to relax, and not take life too seriously! I enjoy balls, walking and greeting the Postie when he delivers the mail from all our wonderful clients.
